What are your dreams?

I have big dreams, I’ve accomplished a lot so far in life, and yet some days I feel like I’m just getting started. As an entrepreneur I’m always on the lookout for my next project and I happily juggle many projects at once, as this keeps me engaged in what I’m doing. I once worked at a factory during the summer after my first year of university and I didn’t last long, performing the same task over and over – the days seemed so long. I have respect for people who enjoy this type of work – it’s just not for me.

I also believe I’m capable to make anything happen when I focus and set my thoughts in motion.

What are your dreams?

When you think about something you wish to change or accomplish in your life, it’s important to have dreams or an end goal in mind, and it’s equally important to break it down into manageable steps, to take action, and find ways to enjoy the process – after all, part of the journey is to reclaim our true nature of joy and bliss. This is something I’m constantly aware of, as an action-oriented person, it’s easy for me to get caught up in doing, and forgetting about being.

Define your dreams 

In your journal, or on a piece of paper, take a few minutes to explore your dreams. Notice if anything is getting in the way of your writing, such as a tiny voice that’s telling you it’s not possible, or your dreams are crazy. Ignore it and keep writing. Answer the following questions:

  1. What are your dreams?
  2. Imagine there are no limits and you can pursue anything, what would it be?
  3. What legacy do you wish to leave behind?
  4. What is preventing you from taking the first step?

Pursuing your dreams is about taking action, while examining your beliefs, with the ability to pay attention to the signs along the way that are pointing you down the path of your destiny.
