Summer goes quickly, so make the most of your time by being active and exploring the beauty of our city in the company of some wonderful people who share your love of activity and community.

I lead yoga and kayaking adventures around Vancouver!

In a small group (max of 12) we gather in the morning for a hatha-based yoga class to prepare our mind and body for an afternoon of kayaking.  All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome and no previous kayaking experience is required. Contact me to find out more about upcoming events.
